(We all have a few aches\/pains, and war wounds to prove it!) This was in aid of Mind; the mental health charity dedicated to supporting mental health across England &amp; Wales. Something that is very close to our hearts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. Mind provides support and advice, ensuring no one faces a mental health problem alone &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mind.org.uk\/\">Home &#8211; Mind<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A HUGE THANK YOU!!!<\/strong> to all of you who donated to this great cause, &#8211; it\u2019s very much appreciated, and will ensure that anyone experiencing a mental health problem receives the support and respect they deserve.<\/p>\n<p>So far, we have managed to raise <strong>\u00a3680<\/strong> towards our <strong>\u00a3900<\/strong> target, but we still have a few more weeks to collect more valuable donations, so if you\u2019d like to donate to this worthwhile cause, please use the below links. (at bottom of email)<\/p>\n<p>One inspiring takeaway from the day was the amazing support and teamwork that was involved, including that from fellow Tough Mudders- complete strangers lending a hand, shoulders, knee, and neck, (sometimes someone\u2019s head \u2013 I\u2019ll say no more!) to ensure everyone that took part was never left out, encouraged by the knowledge that we were all in a perfect position to support people in challenging circumstances. We all definitely stepped outside of our comfort zone, and I\u2019m sure we all lost our dignity at least once during the course!<\/p>\n<p>From the highs of scaling the 40ft Mudderhorn pyramid, diving into Artic Enema, crawling on our hands and knees through \u201cCry Baby\u201d whilst being blasted with the Tough Mudder tear gas blend, being taken out by Electroshock Therapy, pulling ourselves along a 48-foot cage of water with only 4\u201d to breathe, and harnessing the power of human engineering with fellow Tough Mudders in \u201cPyramid Scheme\u201d to climb over a slick 15ft wall.
