Keith Marsh (1926 – 28 January 2013) was an English actor whose career spanned over five decades, during which he featured in numerous television productions. Originally from Blackpool, he is most widely recognised for his role as Jacko in the Thames Television sitcom Love Thy Neighbour (1972–76), where he became known for his signature catchphrase, “I’ll have half!”
Marsh made several appearances in Coronation Street, playing a variety of roles over the years, including a foreman (1961), George Chippendale (1966), James Dawson (1972), George Marsden (1980), Harry Ashton (1988), and Uncle Mervin (1999). His television credits also included roles in George and the Dragon, Edna, the Inebriate Woman, Last of the Summer Wine, Special Branch (1974, Series 4, Episode 12), and The Bill. In 1985, he played Harry, the man with the dog named Jason, in The Beiderbecke Affair.
His film career featured roles in Quatermass and the Pit (1967), Arthur? Arthur! (1969), Taste the Blood of Dracula (1970), Scrooge (1970), and the 1973 film adaptation of Love Thy Neighbour. He also appeared in The Human Factor (1979) and portrayed Conway in Daleks’ Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. (1966).

It would appear his name was misspelt in the opening titles of ‘Scrooge’ (1970).

Marsh died in January 2013, aged 86 of prolonged health conditions.
