On Saturday, 1 July 2023, Club 3000 Bingo officially opened its latest venue at Festival Leisure Park in Blackpool, marking a significant milestone as the company’s 24th club across the UK. This new venue represents a £5 million investment, transforming the former Swift Hound Pub site into a modern, state-of-the-art bingo hall designed to offer an exceptional experience for both regular players and newcomers alike.

The grand opening was a spectacular affair, drawing over 800 guests who enjoyed an evening filled with entertainment and celebration. Highlights included a captivating magic show by Craig Harper, as well as special appearances from Joe Duttine and Sally Carman-Duttine, well-known actors from the popular British soap Coronation Street. Guests were welcomed with complimentary drinks and enjoyed an exciting night of bingo, laughter, and socialising in a stylish, comfortable setting.

The new Blackpool Club 3000 venue boasts multiple bingo sessions daily, catering to a wide range of players, from casual visitors to serious enthusiasts. Players have the chance to win impressive jackpots, with the National Bingo Game offering prizes of up to £50,000. The club features a thoughtfully designed layout, combining cutting-edge technology with a warm, inviting atmosphere to ensure an enjoyable experience for all. Under the management of Sean Connolly, a Fleetwood native with more than three decades of experience in the bingo industry, the club promises excellent customer service and a strong sense of community. Connolly’s extensive background and passion for bingo help ensure that the Blackpool venue will thrive and become a hub for both entertainment and social connection.

The arrival of Club 3000 Bingo at Festival Leisure Park is expected to have a positive impact on the local economy by attracting visitors and creating new employment opportunities. The venue adds another dimension to the park’s growing reputation as a premier leisure destination. Alongside Club 3000, Festival Leisure Park is set to welcome further developments, including a new drive-thru coffee shop and plans to repurpose the former Odeon Cinema building. The cinema space is slated to be transformed into a multi-adventure venue, potentially featuring attractions such as a trampoline park, indoor golf course, or bowling alley, further enhancing the entertainment options available to locals and tourists alike. Overall, the opening of Club 3000 Bingo’s new Blackpool venue marks a vibrant addition to the town’s entertainment landscape, offering a modern space for fun, relaxation, and community engagement.
