Eric Wright Group’s Health and Care division, and Glenholme Healthcare Group announced the establishment of a new joint venture (JV) with the aim of delivering 10-15 new care homes over five years from 2019. The JV focused their development and operating activities in Lancashire, Cumbria, Chester, Greater Manchester and Merseyside. The renovation of Stanley Buildings in Blackpool town centre is nearing completion, transforming previously disused space into a contemporary business centre to be named ‘The Robinson’.
