We\u2019re delighted to shine a light on Karen Nicholson<\/strong>, a passionate mindset coach who is stepping confidently into an exciting new chapter of her professional journey. Karen is a long-time Lancashire resident whose roots in the Fleetwood and Blackpool area run deep.<\/p>\n

Karen has recently been accredited through Andrea Callanan\u2019s Aligned Coaching Academy (MinstLM \u2013 Institute of Leadership & Management), further strengthening her commitment to transformational coaching. She is a Certified NLP Coach and Practitioner with INLPTA and also a Certified mBit Coach \u2014 bringing a powerful blend of neuroscience, leadership insight and heart-led guidance to her work.<\/p>\n

Karen\u2019s mission is beautifully simple yet profoundly impactful: to empower individuals and groups to rediscover joy and reconnect with their authentic selves. She supports people in becoming heart-led, compassionate, courageous and creative \u2014 whether in life, at work, as parents or in business. Her approach is rooted in deep listening, emotional intelligence and genuine human connection.<\/p>\n

Before embracing this new path \u2014 which she lovingly describes as becoming a \u201cliberator of the human spirit to create a wiser world\u201d \u2014 Karen dedicated over 36 years to health care. Her career spanned roles as a Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Public Health Nurse and, latterly, Health Visitor with a special interest in Perinatal and Maternal Mental Health. Throughout those decades, Karen supported and empowered thousands of parents, holding space for families as they navigated important decisions about their own and their children\u2019s health and wellbeing. Her legacy in public health is one of compassion, advocacy and quiet strength.<\/p>\n

Beyond her professional achievements, Karen is deeply rooted in family and community. She is a proud wife to Paul, mum to Daniel, mother-in-law to Sophie and a devoted Nanna to her two beautiful granddaughters, Zi Xuan (7) and Zi Luo (5), who bring endless joy to her life. Completing the family circle is Jasper, her lively four-year-old border collie, who loves meeting new people \u2014 especially if cheese is involved. Jars Of Joy was\u00a0 recently nominated for a Pride of Britain Award.<\/p>\n

Karen became an Amazon No.1 best seller with a chapter she wrote in the book \u2018Step Aside & Rise\u2019, which was curated by Andrea Callanan<\/strong> and features 21 inspirational stories of female business owners who got out of their own way and stopped playing small in their lives and business. The book was released on 23 November 2021.<\/p>\n
